• This ticket is valid on visit date only
• The total viewing time is about 2 hours. There may be personal differences in the time required for viewing.
• Last Entrance is closed an hour before. Please take it into account and make sure there is no inconvenience.
• For the safety of customers in the hall, wagons/kickboards/bicycles are restricted, and strollers/wheelchairs are allowed to enter.
• Stroller/wheelchair rental available (inquiry at the ticket office/limited quantity rental)
• Parking Certification Information : Up to 2 hours, If you exceed free parking time, Galleria Department Store Parking Lot – 400 KRW per 10 minutes, Forena Gwanggyo Parking Lot – 500 KRW per 10 minutes
• Galleria - Free parking for up to 5 hours, sum of other store (duplicable) / Forena – Free parking for up to 2 hours, sum of other store (non-duplicable)
• Parking Settlement : Present mobile tickets or receipts to the entrance/ticket office

• [Jelly fish ecological observation education program] is a children ecological observation education program that only from 5 years old to elementary school students can participate.
• To participate in [Stingray ecological observation education program] participant must satisfied 2 creiterias are : School-aged children over 7 years old and over 120cm.
• [Jelly fish/Stingray/Penguin ecological observation education program] reservation closes 20 minutes before the experience time.
• [Shark cage experience program] Children and adults over 10 years old can experience it.
• [Shark cage experience program] Reservations can be made by call and close on Sunday, a week before the experience date. (Reservations and inquiries: 031-548-1994)
• [Docent tour program] This program is for children over 6 years old. Reservations can be made at the ticket office on the same day, and it closes 10 minutes before the experience time.
• [Stingray ecological observation education program] Program will proceed inside the tank, please prepare extra clothes.
