• Important: Infants and children must be included in the passenger headcount
Luggage Standard
• A stroller or wheelchair is counted as one piece of luggage
• Luggage that over 32 inches is classified as two 32-inch pieces of luggage (occupying two seats)
• If you are carrying any luggage other than handbags, one additional item of luggage can be accommodated for each fewer person on board
Additional information
• Activity time period: Service time is 08:00 a.m.–10:00 p.m.
• The driver will not enter the attraction together, and this chartered car service is not a guided tour
• Waiting time policy: Please arrive at the pick-up point 10 minutes before the scheduled meeting time. Any delays due to personal reasons are included in and calculated as part of the service time. (Please refer to the page to see more additions.)

Surcharge table
• All surcharges are payable in cash directly to the driver
• Out of service time: Before 8am / After 10PM - KRW 50,000/hrs
• Over time: 1 - 10 pax Car : KRW 30,000/hrs, 11 - 14 pax Car : KRW 50,000/hrs
• Long-distance / Cross areas: Suburbs total driving distance 250km ~ 350km - KRW 150,000
• If you want to add Alpaca Pasture/ Vivaldi ski park in your itinerary, there is an extra cost of KRW 60,000 won as crossing the province fee. Because they are located in Gangwon-do and it doesn't belong to Seoul suburb area, please pay in cash to the driver if you want to visit Alpaca Pasture.
• The driving guide will attempt to use free parking; however, if free parking is unavailable, the guide will provide parking lot receipts and claim the parking fees from you
