• Infants under the age of 1 are not permitted to enter the venue or attend the performance.
• Children aged 1 to 2 may enter free of charge, provided they do not occupy a separate seat.
• Children aged 3 and older will be charged the same rate as adults.
• In case of re-entry to the venue, please how your ticket/wristband/stamp upon re-entry at the entrance
• Wheelchair seating is available on site. If you need a wheelchair seat, please indicate your request at checkout
• No pets allowed in the theater
• Please turn off your phone or set it to silent mode while watching the performance
• Seat selection is not available
• Physical tickets can be collected 60 minntes prior to the show time
• Seats will be assigned based on the order in which bookings are made, not on the order of arrival at the venue
• Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the venue
• Taking videos and photos of the show is strictly prohibited. Any person caught illegally photographing or recording the event will be dealt with by the venue's security
