Terms & Conditions

Important Information
• Only carrier-unlocked devices compatible with the LG U+ network can be used. Please confirm your device compatibility before purchasing.
• Present your QR code voucher and passport when collecting the SIM card.
• The SIM card is automatically activated when inserted into your device on the collection date.
• If you do not plan to use the SIM card on the collection date, inform the counter staff before activation.
• The SIM card must be activated within 60 days of collection.
• After activation, each 24-hour period counts as one day.
• Please test the SIM card before leaving the counter. Immediately report any activation or connection issues to the counter staff.
• The SIM card provides unlimited 4G/LTE data for the selected duration.
• The plastic card frame also functions as a T-money card. It has no initial balance and must be topped up separately.
• Renewal and top-up are unavailable if the plan has been terminated for more than 72 hours.
• Refunds and cancellations are unavailable due to device incompatibility or failure to follow the activation instructions.

SIM Card Collection and Activation
• Present your QR code voucher and passport at an LG U+ airport counter.
• By default, the SIM card will be activated when inserted into your device on the collection date.
• If you do not plan to use the SIM card on the collection date, inform the counter staff before activation.
• If activation is postponed, the SIM card must be activated within 60 days of collection.
• After activation, each 24-hour period counts as one day.
• Test the SIM card before leaving the counter and immediately inform the staff if it does not work properly.

T-money Top-Up and Refund
• The T-money card has no initial balance and must be topped up before use.

Cancellation Policy
• Full refunds are available for cancellations made before the voucher is redeemed.
• If the SIM card cannot be activated due to a confirmed product issue, please inform the counter staff immediately. A full refund will be issued after the issue is verified.
• Refunds are unavailable for device compatibility issues or failure to follow the activation instructions.
