What To Expect
Terms & Conditions
[Entry]
• Entry is first-come, first-served in order of arrival, with no distinction between pre-purchased and on-site purchased tickets.
• If the facility is at maximum capacity, guests are admitted in proportion to the number of guests leaving, so a waiting time may occur.
• The entry fee is non-refundable once the guest has entered.
• Entry may be delayed or restricted on holidays, weekends and public holidays.
• A bag check is carried out at the entrance gate.
[Prohibited items]
• Food and beverages, umbrellas (including parasols), picnic mats, tents and sunshades, portable/leisure chairs, luggage carts, strollers, swimming fins and pets are not allowed inside.
• Aqua shoes are allowed. Aqua shoes with heels, slippers and sandals are not allowed.
[Food and beverages]
• Food, portable burners and glass bottles may not be brought in or used, to maintain water quality, prevent fire and keep the facility comfortable. Any food brought in must be left at the storage desk.
• Allowed: baby food (formula, baby porridge, fruit with seeds and skin removed in a container) and food for patients.
• Not allowed: snacks, gimbap, rice balls, inari sushi, bread, sandwiches, potatoes, sweet potatoes, eggs, corn, quail eggs, drinks, alcohol, etc.
• Glass containers are not allowed. Only plastic or silicone containers are permitted.
• Stored food must be collected on the day of use; uncollected food is disposed of the next day. Other stored items and lost property are kept for one week and then disposed of.
[Dress code & accompaniment]
• A swimming cap is mandatory. Other caps may also be worn. Long hair must be tied up.
• Children aged 10 and under and elderly guests must be accompanied by a guardian.
• Guests under the influence of alcohol are not admitted, and may have their use restricted or be asked to leave.
• Guests aged 4 years (48 months) and above may not enter the sauna, shower room or changing room of the opposite gender."
