If an emergency occurs on the day of departure (e.g. you cannot find the meeting point), please contact customer service immediately
If you have not received any contact from us one day before departure, please check your spam folder first.
If you still have not received the notification, please arrive at the designated meeting point 15 minutes in advance on the day of departure.
The guide and the vehicle will be waiting on site. If you fail to arrive at the meeting point on time, it will be considered as absent
No rescheduling, cancellation or refund is allowed. Please arrive on time.
If you need to change your departure date due to personal reasons, you will need to pay KRW 20,000 per person
If the tour cannot proceed due to insufficient participants, we will proactively notify you to reschedule or offer alternative options.
If you wish to cancel, you can request a refund directly on the platform.
