- Child: 36 months to elementary school students (proof of age required)
* Free admission age: Infants and toddlers under 36 months (proof of age required)

*When making a reservation, please enter your phone number from "010" onward. If you enter your phone number as "10-xxxx-xxxx" or enter it incorrectly, your voucher will not be issued. The voucher displayed on My Page is a reservation identification code. The actual admission barcode will be sent via text message.
- You can use the facility for up to 6 hours after entry, and an additional fee of 5,000 won per hour will be charged if the usage time is exceeded.
- For multi-pass, you can use it for up to 9 hours, and if the usage time is exceeded, an additional fee of 5,000 won per hour will be charged.
- Please use the shoe locker within 20 minutes of ticket issuance. (If not used, the shoe locker will be automatically locked.)
- This product does not provide priority admission benefits. (This is not a pre-sale ticket product.)
- There may be a waiting period for entry depending on the number of lockers remaining.
- This product does not provide priority access, and entry may be restricted if the number of people allowed exceeds the maximum.
- During peak season/weekends/public holidays, the ticket booth may be crowded, and admission times may be delayed or restricted.
- Use of some facilities may be restricted or unavailable due to maintenance or inspection of the facilities.
- For the safety of the elderly or children, they must be accompanied by a guardian. We are not responsible for any accidents caused by carelessness.
- Male and female children aged 4 years (48 months) and older are not allowed to bathe together according to the Public Health Management Act.
- ※ Children over 95cm tall and under 4 years old (48 months) may enter with proof of age.
- We are not responsible for theft or loss of valuables not stored in the safe.
- If you lose your locker key, you must immediately report the loss to a staff member to prevent others from using it. A separate loss fee will be charged.
- Pets are not allowed.
- No food or drink allowed (except water, baby food, and powdered milk)
- Facilities not specified for each product cannot be used.
- Restrictions on use of facilities are subject to company regulations.
- We do not provide refunds for unused facilities.
- Cannot be used in conjunction with other discount coupons or affiliate discounts.
- Only Aqua Field Goyang can be used. (Aqua Field Hanam cannot be used.)
The rooftop pool may close early depending on the circumstances. Please be sure to check the Aquafield website before use.
