• Due to rainy, windy, or thunderstorm conditions, the rooftop area may temporarily suspend operations or close without prior notice to ensure customer safety.
• Strollers, suitcases, large backpacks, and other bulky items are restricted from being brought onto the observation deck. Visitors carrying such items may be denied entry, so please store them elsewhere before visiting.
• Strollers are not allowed on the observation deck. Customers with infants are advised to use baby carriers instead.
• Outside food and beverages are not allowed in the observation deck
• To protect the exhibition area and maintain a comfortable visiting environment, all visitors must wear the provided shoe covers.
• The mirrored floor area in the exhibition zone may cause unintended exposure due to reflections depending on clothing choices. Please take this into consideration.
• When moving indoors after using the 63rd-floor rooftop area, your vision may temporarily feel darker. Please watch your step and move slowly.
• The Starbucks 63 Sky Picnic store is located inside the facility area and requires an admission ticket for access. The validity period for Starbucks is the same as the observation deck's operating hours.
